Who we are

Gremlin Lab Ltd is a product-design company registered in Northern Ireland (Company No. NI679117, VAT No. 451407711), based in Belfast. We make PLUGGY, an inverted UK plug adaptor, and sell it through Amazon UK. Gremlin Lab Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect and why

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional), enquiry type, and message. We use it solely to read and reply to your enquiry. The form submission is delivered to us by email and is not stored in any database on this site.

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not add you to any marketing list. We keep enquiry emails only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is aggregate and anonymised: it does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We do not set cookies ourselves, and the site has no user accounts.

Purchases

PLUGGY is sold on Amazon UK. When you buy there, your order and payment details are handled entirely by Amazon under its own privacy notice; we do not receive your payment information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, contact us through the contact form on this site and we will respond within a month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
